Community Food Pantry
The Rhode Island Center, a member agency of the RI Community Food Bank, is rated #1 in southern RI for food distribution. Health and hygiene items are also available. The Food Pantry Program is available at 2075 Matunuck Schoolhouse Road, Charlestown RI, on Wednesday and Thursday mornings from 9:30 - 11:30 AM and Wednesday and Thursday evenings from 6:30 - 7:30 PM.
Emergency Food Delivery
Emergency Assistance is provided on a case-by-case basis for medical emergencies.
Community Dinner
Mike McCullough, University of Rhode Island's Head of Dining Services, serves as chef, preparing widely enjoyed, community style fine dining. Available on the third Saturday of each month, 5:30 - 6:30 PM, off-site. Please call (401) 364 - 9412 for reservation and site location.

The ultimate goals of Case Management are to improve clients' quality of life and help each client toward the highest level of independent functioning they are capable of, regardless of how long that takes. We believe that wellness and recovery is made possible through support, stable housing and purposeful employment. Clients who no longer need crises case management and are interested in pursuing educational or vocational opportunities are often referred to the Rhode Island Center's Employment Assistance Program. Transitional Jobs Program
Providing access to 6-month supportive employment opportunities throughout the state.
Supportive Employment
Opportunities in The Rhode Island Center, and the Rhode Island Center's Social Enterprise Program(s) that provide supportive, on the job training, for individuals experiencing challenges with behavioral health and substance recovery.

Providing advocacy and access to health care, behavioral health care, legal services, VA services, and other life-sustaining services, as well as, legal protections from stigma and discrimination.
