Thank You really doesn’t cover it!!! In a year when so many events, fundraisers and gatherings have been put on hold, you all made the 2021 Virtual RICAN Polar Plunge its most successful ever … we far exceeded our goal of $55,000! While we’re still tallying the results, it’s safe to say that you opened up your hearts and wallets to help meet the needs of your neighbors…. well done!

It’s simply amazing to see how generous businesses, individuals and families are in this tight knit community. While RICAN is seeing record numbers of individuals and families experiencing food insecurity, they’re also seeing an outpouring of support, volunteers (could always use a few more) and financial help - you’re the best!

We cannot thank Ocean House Marina enough for a decade of support for this event. We could not be successful without their generosity and commitment to making this a community-wide fundraiser. Lastly a huge thanks to the Polar Plunge Committee, your ability to build this event during a pandemic, your energy and your gift of time is simply awesome!
