Why volunteer?
As a volunteer-run nonprofit, we owe a lot to our dedicated corps of over 70 volunteers. Without your support and hard work, we would not be able to serve our friends and neighbors to the high standard we do now.
Volunteers are welcome, though children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
We offer volunteer hours for casual patrons and mandatory service workers Mon-Fri 9:30 am-3:30 pm.

Our food pantry volunteers are crucial to the success of our food rescue program and food pantry.
Responsibilities include:

Helping unload our delivery trucks

Maintaining cleanliness
Office Admin.
Our administrative volunteers help keep our office spaces running as smooth as possible.
Responsibilities include:

Answering phones

Data entry

Word processing

Filing and stuffing envelopes.
Thrift Shoppe
Our diligent thrift shoppe volunteers help keep our little store thriving.
Responsibilities include:

Stocking items

Sorting, hanging and folding clothing

Assisting customers with finding and purchasing items

Maintaining cleanliness
